Wing Chun is a concept based chinese martial art that specializes in close-range combat. The great use of bio-mechanics, angles and sensitivity makes it a very technical yet efficient martial art.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed martial arts has taken the world by storm and is quickly becoming the most pupular sport in the world.
This is mostly due to MMA being "as real as it gets" when it comes to a fighting sport.
